This Statement of Privacy applies to jvmediadesign.com and governs data collection and usage at all JV Media Design, LLC sites and services; it does not apply to other online or offline sites, products or services. jvmediadesign.com is a general audience web site, intended for users of all ages. JV Media Design, LLC is located in the U.S. and does not actively collect information from EU users. EU users may voluntarily provide information to us to request an estimate on services.

We collect personally identifiable information where you have consented for us to do so by requesting a contact from us or by filling out a form on our website.

Google Analytics

Our website utilizes Google Analytics to track site visitors. The Google Analytics tracking code does not collect personally identifiable information. We do not use Google's Audience Demographics and Interests Reporting, DoubleClick Campaign Manager reporting, DoubleClick Bid Manager reporting, or Google Display Network Impression Reporting. Tracking information Google collects is held for 14 months. We do not enable Google's User-ID feature. Our Google sessions timeout is 30 minutes and Campaign Timeout is 6 months.

Our website also uses Google Analytics to track social shares made at our website. Google automatically collect and store certain information in their server logs which includes device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL, cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your Google Account, in accordance with their data privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Online Forms

Online forms we utilize on the website use cookies and may use sessions.

Sessions allow the form's script to store data on the web server that can be later used, even between requests to different pages.
